Yes. In the app, this is handled using Pause and Resume.
How pause and resume works
When you Pause a membership, the countdown on the membership duration stops.
When you’re ready, tap Resume. A bottom sheet will appear where you can:
- Modify the number of days to add to the membership
- Review the updated membership end date (it reflects your changes)
This is useful for members who are:
- Travelling or on holiday
- Recovering from an injury
- Taking a temporary break
How to pause a membership
- Open the member’s profile — Go to Members and tap the member’s name.
- Select the active membership — Tap the membership you want to pause.
- Tap Pause — Confirm to pause the membership.
- Resume when needed — Tap Resume anytime.
- Adjust and confirm — In the bottom sheet, set how many days to add and confirm. The end date is updated accordingly.
You can resume whenever needed; it does not require waiting for a preset end date.
Things to note
- Paused memberships do not count against the member’s remaining days while paused.
- The member will still appear in your member list with a paused status.
- Pausing does not issue a refund; it only affects the membership timeline.
