You can delete an active or expired membership from a member’s profile in Dgymbook if it was added by mistake or is no longer needed.
Steps to delete a membership
- Open the member’s profile — Go to Members and tap the member’s name.
- Find the membership — Scroll to the memberships section and tap the one you want to delete.
- Open any transaction — In the selected membership, tap any transaction from the recent transactions list.
- Tap Delete Transaction — In the bottom actions section, tap Delete Transaction.
- Confirm deletion — When the confirmation toggle/prompt appears, tap Delete.
Things to know before deleting
- Deletion is permanent. A deleted membership cannot be restored.
- Transaction records are deleted. Payments linked to that membership are removed and will no longer appear in reports.
- Member profile is not affected. Deleting a membership only removes that specific plan enrollment — the member’s profile, attendance history, and other memberships remain intact.
When to delete vs. freeze
If a member wants to take a temporary break, consider freezing the membership instead of deleting it. Freezing pauses the countdown without losing any remaining days. Deletion should only be used if the membership was created by mistake.
