Dgymbook uses multiple layers of protection to keep your members’ personal data safe at all times.
Data encryption
- In transit — All data moving between your device and Dgymbook’s servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, preventing anyone from intercepting it on the network.
- At rest — Member data stored in our databases is encrypted, so even raw database access would not expose readable personal information.
Access control
- Only your authorised staff members can view member data within your account. You control who has access and at what permission level.
- Dgymbook employees do not have routine access to your member data. Support access is granted only when you request help and is logged for accountability.
Data isolation
Each gym’s data is logically isolated from other gyms using Dgymbook. A staff member or owner from one gym cannot access data belonging to another gym.
Continuous monitoring
Dgymbook monitors its infrastructure for unusual activity and potential security threats on an ongoing basis. Any anomalies trigger internal alerts for immediate investigation.
Your responsibilities
To keep member data secure on your end:
- Use a strong, unique password for your Dgymbook account.
- Do not share login credentials with people who should not have access.
- Remove staff accounts promptly when team members leave.
