How do members access and navigate the app?

Dgymbook includes a dedicated member-facing app available on iOS and Android. Members can download it and log in to view their own membership and activity — without having access to your gym’s management dashboard.

How members get access

Once you add a member in Dgymbook and assign them a membership, they can download the Dgymbook Member App from the App Store or Google Play and log in using the phone number registered on their profile.

What members can see in the app

  • Membership details — Current plan name, start date, and expiry date
  • Attendance history — A log of all their check-ins
  • Upcoming renewals — A reminder when their membership is about to expire
  • Workout plans — Any AI-generated or trainer-assigned workout plans

What members cannot do

The member app is read-only. Members cannot edit their own profile, add memberships, or access any other gym data. All management actions are handled exclusively from your gym owner or staff account.

Troubleshooting member login

If a member cannot log in:

  • Confirm their phone number is correctly saved in their Dgymbook profile
  • Ask them to try requesting a new OTP
  • If the issue persists, contact support via the Help button in your dashboard

Members in multiple gyms that use Dgymbook will see each gym listed separately after logging in with the same phone number.
