Renewing a membership in Dgymbook keeps a member’s access active without losing their history or profile data.
Steps to renew a membership
- Open the member’s profile — Go to Members, find the member, and tap their name.
- View their active membership — You’ll see the membership card showing the current plan and expiry date.
- Tap Renew — Press the Renew button on the membership card.
- Confirm plan, discount, and payment — Choose the plan to renew with, add a discount if needed for this renewal, and enter the amount received.
- Review totals and save — Dgymbook shows the balance and final amount. Tax appears in the breakdown only when tax is enabled, then tap Confirm Renewal.
Automatic reminders
Dgymbook automatically sends WhatsApp reminders to members before their membership expires — so members often reach out to renew themselves, reducing your manual follow-up work.
Renewing expired memberships
If a membership has already expired, you can still renew it from the member’s profile. The new membership period starts from the date of renewal, not the old expiry date.
