Dgymbook lets you apply discounts and special pricing at the individual membership level, so you can offer custom rates without changing the base plan price for all members.
Applying a discount during enrollment or renewal
- Open the member’s profile — Go to Members and tap the member’s name.
- Assign or renew a membership — Tap Add Membership or Renew.
- Enter the discount for this renewal — In the renewal screen, enter the discount amount you want to apply.
- Review totals — Dgymbook recalculates the payable total after discount. Tax is shown only if tax is enabled in your setup.
- Confirm — The discount is applied for that enrollment/renewal only, so you can change it every time based on the member or offer.
Creating a dedicated discounted plan
If you regularly offer a discounted rate to a specific group (e.g. students, senior citizens, corporate clients), the cleanest approach is to create a separate plan with the lower price:
- Go to Plans and tap Add Plan.
- Name it clearly (e.g. “Monthly — Student Rate”).
- Set the discounted price and the same duration as the standard plan.
- Assign this plan only to eligible members.
Tracking discounted memberships
All transactions — including discounted ones — appear in your financial reports. You can see the amount collected per transaction alongside the standard plan price for comparison.
