Notes let you attach important information to a member’s profile — trainer instructions, dietary preferences, health alerts, or anything else your staff should know. Adding and editing notes are both done from the member profile.
How to add a note
- Open the member’s profile — Go to Members and tap the member’s name.
- Scroll to the Notes section — It appears towards the bottom of the profile page.
- Tap Add Note — Press the Add Note button.
- Type your note — Enter any relevant information.
- Save — The note is saved to the profile and visible to all staff members with access.
When to use notes
- Injury or health alerts (e.g. “Avoid high-impact exercises — knee injury”)
- Trainer preferences (e.g. “Prefers morning sessions with Coach Ravi”)
- Payment arrangements (e.g. “Pays in cash on the 1st of each month”)
- Member preferences or goals (e.g. “Training for a marathon — focus on endurance”)
Editing and deleting notes
To edit or delete a note, open the member profile, tap the note in the Notes section, and select the appropriate option.
Notes are internal — they are only visible to gym staff and are not shown in the member-facing app.
