Membership plans cannot be edited after they are created. To change the price or other details, duplicate the plan, make your changes on the new copy, then disable the old plan if you no longer want it offered. Price changes apply to new enrollments and do not affect memberships that are already active.
How to change a plan’s price
- Open Manage Plans — Go to Plans (or Manage Plans) from your dashboard.
- Open the plan’s actions — Tap the menu (three dots) on the plan you want to replace.
- Duplicate Plan — Choose Duplicate Plan. This opens the New Plan screen with the same group, name, amount, duration, and session settings as the original.
- Adjust the new plan — Change Amount (and name or duration if needed), then tap Save. You now have a new plan with the updated pricing.
- Retire the old plan (optional) — Open the menu on the old plan and tap Disable plan so members are not assigned the outdated version. You can leave it enabled if you still need both options.
Adjusting price for a specific member
If you want to charge a specific member a different price without changing the plan for everyone, you can apply a custom price or discount at the time of enrollment or renewal:
- Open the member’s profile and go to their membership.
- When renewing or assigning a plan, edit the price field before confirming.
- The adjusted price applies only to that transaction.
Things to note
- Changing pricing via a new duplicated plan does not retroactively update existing active memberships or past transactions.
- If you want to offer a permanent discounted rate to a category of members (e.g. students), consider creating a separate plan with the lower price (by duplicating an existing plan and adjusting it).
