Dgymbook takes payment data security seriously. All payment-related information is protected using industry-standard security practices.
How payment data is protected
- Encryption in transit — All data exchanged between your device and Dgymbook servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. This prevents interception of payment information as it travels over the network.
- Encryption at rest — Payment records stored in our database are encrypted, meaning raw financial data is not accessible even in the unlikely event of a database breach.
- No storage of card details — Dgymbook does not store credit or debit card numbers. Payment amounts and transaction records are logged for your reporting purposes, but sensitive card data is never retained on our servers.
UPI payments
Dgymbook supports UPI payments via QR code. When a member scans the QR code, the transaction is processed entirely through their UPI app and the banking network — Dgymbook only records the confirmed payment amount once completed.
Who can see payment records
Payment records are visible to gym owners and staff members you have granted access. Members can see their own payment history through the member app. Dgymbook support staff may access records only if you explicitly request assistance.
