Dgymbook employees have strictly limited access to your data. Access is controlled on a need-to-know basis and only permitted for purposes such as troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, or maintaining the platform.
What this means in practice
- Support access — If you contact our support team and grant permission for them to look into your account, a support agent may review the relevant data to resolve your issue.
- No routine access — Employees do not browse customer data as a matter of course. Access to production data requires explicit justification and is logged.
- No selling of data — Dgymbook does not sell, share, or rent your gym’s data or your members’ personal information to third parties.
Your data is yours
All data you enter into Dgymbook — member profiles, attendance records, transaction history, and business information — belongs to you. Dgymbook processes it only to provide the service.
Access controls within your gym
Within your own account, you control who has access. You can add staff members with appropriate permission levels so that only the right people can see sensitive information.
If you have specific concerns about data access or privacy, please review our Privacy Policy or contact us directly.
