Yes. When you create or edit a plan, you set how long the membership runs in days — you are not limited to fixed presets. You can model common lengths by entering the right number of days (for example, 30 or 31 for about a month, 90 for about a quarter, 365 for a year).
Plan groups
Each plan belongs to a plan group (for example Main or Personal Training). Pick the group that fits how you organize memberships. If you need another category, use Add New Group to create one before saving the plan.
Duration (in days)
In the New Plan (or edit plan) form, use Duration (in days) and enter the total length of the membership — for example:
- A short trial:
7or14 - A monthly-style plan:
30or31 - A longer commitment:
90,180,365, or any number you need
That duration applies to new enrollments on this plan going forward.
Optional sessions
If the plan includes a fixed number of visits or sessions, turn Enable sessions on and enter the number under Sessions. Leave it off for unlimited access within the plan period, depending on how your gym uses plans.
Backdating when someone starts
You cannot freely change an active membership’s end date for one member while keeping everyone else on the standard plan rules. What you can do is start a membership on a date before today in allowed cases:
- The member has no previous plan, or
- Their earlier plan ended long enough ago that its end is before the start date of this new membership (so the new period does not overlap an active one in a way the product disallows).
